Implement retail planning activities and assist the business planning to support the sales top management with better decision-making capabilities based on strategic data analysis of retail channel/customers

1. Manage/Develop key accounts with growth strategies, tactics, and action plans for retail channel
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Sales, and Marketing to understand consumers/accounts’ needs and to look for opportunities for maximizing business
3. Including hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets of retail business.
4. Continue to find and develop new accounts by attracting new and young consumers for the strengthening/expansion of retail business

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing administration and planning of sales and services contracts and commercial logistics; liaison centre between sales and customers, answers queries on both stock and shipment of orders.
  • Directs distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets; pursues major prospects; leads in major negotiations; and constructs appropriate terms of sales.
  • Support and work with relative functions in making various data analyses or consolidations related to wholesales Sell-in, Sell-out, and inventory management
  • Responsible for financial inventory planning and directing allocation of merchandise.  Ensure the allocation/replenishment strategies and processes are in place in order to maximize sales, gross margins, and turnover.

 

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above
  • Requires +5 years in working experience in Professional and technical knowledge of retail channel
