Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving strategic capabilities and operational excellence across Shared Services (payment, contracts, comp product) and Marketing capabilities, supporting x-functional teams with a focus on Icon SH, Creative Studios, Marketing Operations and Brand Marketing. And this role will report into Sr. Director, Brand Planning of Operations.
  • Develop and lead the central vision and execution around all marketing capabilities that will serve x-functional marketing teams.
  • Design process and solutions that can evolve the digital process and enhance the workflow from marketing brief through creative production, design and delivery of digital assets.
  • Manage a centralized comp product process to support product needs across seeding, sampling and event use.
  • Manage marketing capabilities portfolio and roll-out of new tools, and support set up and maintenance of Icon SH production house.
  • Ensure Center of excellence around business operations and drive efficiency, standardization of contracts and payments.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate would have 10 years experience strategizing and implementing new tools and workflows as well as experience in a creative, fast-paced & complex marketing environment
  • Proven success in delivering best in class platforms and support infrastructure to life for creative teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
  • A track record for leading teams to develop a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strategic Enterprise Thinking
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English language
