We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Operations Brand Director position located in Provo, Utah. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee communications processes and systems that support operational execution and organizational alignment

  • Translate operational strategies, initiatives, and process change into clear, accurate, and actionable employee-facing communications

  • Serve as the primary point of communications liaison between Operations, brand, and cross-financial partners to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment

  • Leads communication planning and execution for operational programs, initiatives, and process improvement efforts to support adoption and sustainability

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the Operations Annual Program Calendar, coordinating timelines and priorities across multiple initiatives

  • Develop and analyze metrics related to communication effectiveness, program adoption, and engagement; use data and feedback to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements to communication strategies and processes

  • Develop written, visual, presentation, and multimedia materials that communicate operational goals, performance, and outcomes

  • Coordinate with brand and creative partners to ensure Operations materials adhere to approved brand standards

  • Support the development and deployment of visual and multimedia assets that enhance clarity and employee understanding

  • Partner with Operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support operational priorities and influence outcomes through collaboration, credibility, and professional judgment, without direct authority

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Preferred advanced coursework or certification in internal communications, organizational change management, brand strategy, or related discipline

Requirements:      

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in internal communications, program management, or closely related discipline

  • Demonstrate professional experience in internal communications, employee branding, operational communication, program management, or related field

  • Proven ability to understand operational processes, assess communication and execution gaps, and support process improvement initiatives through clear, effective communication and design solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver work accurately and timely in a fast-paced business environment

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and adapt messaging for varied internal audiences and organizational levels

  • Demonstrated experience applying brand standards and exercising sound judgment when developing, coordinating, or overseeing branded communications and content

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, analytical, and operational teams and influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders through clear communication, professional credibility, and strong working relationships

  • Experience developing, analyzing, or interpreting metrics related to program adoption, employee engagement, communication effectiveness, or operational performance, and using data to inform decisions

  • Experience with multimedia communication tools and formats, including video, audio, motion graphics, or other digital storytelling platforms, is strongly preferred
