Job Description

Job Summary

Ensures accountable decisions are taken at the right level in the organization, and individuals making decisions are suitably informed about the level of legal risk on all legal related matters. Provides guidance to designated business units as a strategic partner, employee advocate and change champion.  Acts as liaison across HR functional areas and designated business units to align business objectives with employees and management.


Job Responsibilities

  • Works directly with organization's senior leadership to create alignment between talent and organizational development strategy
  • Acts as a strategic partner to designated business units to drive the people strategy
  • Implements change initiatives and HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives
  • Administration of country strategic priorities to align with a global employee value proposition for international HR operations involves several key steps
  • International HR operations implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include recruiting and onboarding, administration of compensation, payroll and benefits programs, employee or labor relations.
  • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization
  • Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals
  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
  • Individual contributor working with limited oversight
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred


Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits

$78,964.54 - $99,368.79 Annually

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
