Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support board launch operations and technical documentation performance tracking. This role will be instrumental in generating actionable insights from Excel-based data, supporting launch meetings, and driving visibility into board-level metrics and documentation effectiveness.

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics / Business Analytics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Experience in creating metrics and reporting systems that help drive business strategy
  • Strong understanding to translate data into actionable insights
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with forecasting and predictive analytics may be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in board launch meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to track deliverables and timelines.
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to monitor:
  • Monthly board sales volumes
  • Revenue generated
  • High-performing boards
  • Documentation metrics and visibility
• Identify and prioritize documentation projects that have been in queue for extended periods.
• Provide visual analytics to support decision-making and highlight trends across board launches and technical publications.
• Work closely with Tech Docs and Launch Enablement teams to ensure alignment on reporting needs and data accuracy.
