TD SYNNEX is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Data & AI to join our global Data Practice, the center of excellence for Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI.

This is a senior leadership role with people management responsibilities. You will lead a team of data professionals (data scientists, analysts etc) while shaping our commercial data & AI strategy.

About the Role

As Senior Manager, you will drive the design and delivery of data-powered commercial initiatives across Marketing, Sales Efficiency, Pricing, Digital Platforms and Customer/Partner Engagement.

You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical expertise and team leadership — influencing decisions, delivering AI-enabled solutions, and developing a strong technical team operating in a modern Azure–Databricks–Snowflake ecosystem.

This role is perfect for someone who is business-savvy, technically fluent, and highly experienced in leading and growing a team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and develop the Data & AI team

• Define and execute Data & AI strategy aligned to commercial goals

• Identify and drive opportunities across Marketing, Sales, Pricing and Digital

• Advise senior stakeholders and influence key decisions

• Deliver scalable analytics, ML and automation solutions

• Provide technical guidance on design, architecture and standards

• Champion modern AI (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI) and run pilots that accelerate adoption

What You Bring

• Experience leading teams of technical specialists

• Proven results driving commercial outcomes through data, analytics or AI

• Strong understanding of commercial processes and stakeholder management

• Solid knowledge of Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL, Power BI (or similar)

• Ability to step into hands-on data work when needed

• Background: 5+ years in data/analytics/digital/commercial roles, 2+ years people leadership

• Experience with ML, predictive models or GenAI is a plus
