The Opportunity

This position works at Istanbul location in the Diabetes Division that we’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Initiate and coordinate projects to optimize business processes and improve salesforce effectiveness
  • Make the requested planning (plan, updated plan, LRP) for the division processes through analyses of the sales and marketing data
  • Manage demand plan and sales & operation planning process of the division and ensure the timely supply of the requested products
  • Provide solutions for sales/marketing database needs, develop and update the systems
  • Work closely with marketing to update forecast models to make analysis according to market conditions
  • Manage and develop salesforce effectiveness systems/tools of the division including incentive functions and reporting, periodically measure the determined performance indicators to support sales organization to drive performance
  • Actively participate in teamwork to execute projects with the problem-solving methodology, tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers

Required Qualifications

  • University degree (preferably in business administration, economics, engineering or business information technology)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business excellence, business development or finance, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Proven project management skills, performance management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management and plan execution with proven success record
  • Understanding of analytical tools/methodologies, dashboards, relations between different functions of business operation and essential financial principles
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with colleagues inside and outside the country to generate and implement innovative solutions and services
  • Excellent Microsoft Office & PowerBI skills
  • Fluent in English
