Join our team at Terex/Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician & Trainer to contribute to the Technical Services team.

As a Field Service Technician & Trainer at Terex/Genie, based in the Netherlands you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that Terex AWP (Aerial Work Platforms) remain the market leader within the AWP sector by providing a high level of technical service to our customers, Authorised Service Providers and Dealers.

What you’ll do

• Offer comprehensive technical support for ‘in service’ Terex AWP/Genie
• Service, Repair, Calibration and software updates of machines at customer locations / sites or Terex facilities as required to ensure conformance with manufacturers specifications and company policy
• Carry out basic quality checks and support the quality program though closed loop reporting
• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service, embracing the Service Excellence philosophy across all of our customers and take a natural lead in progressing this within the business
• Deliver Technical Training programs according to organizational requirements to our customers, Authorized Service Providers, Authorized Dealers and team members (average of 25% of time)

What you’ll bring

• High/Medium technical certification in a background of machinery, electromechanics, automotive
• Driving License (Car / B)
• VCA safety certificate (or equivalent)
• AWP machine operators’ license - IPAF, Genie, or local equivalent
• Valid forklift license (preferred)
• Fluency in the Dutch and English languages
• Flexible to travel within and outside the region as required
