We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team. You’ll work across a variety of growth challenges, from onboarding and activation, to engagement, retention, and monetisation. You’ll design experiences that help users discover value, drive adoption, and support sustainable business growth.
We value designers who can balance commercial goals with great user experience, but are equally comfortable working on classic growth problems like onboarding flows, feature discovery, and engagement loops.
You’ll partner with growth PMs, analysts, engineers, and other designers to build and ship quickly and learn fast. If you want to push the boundaries of growth design, while helping shape how SaaS evolves in the age of AI, this is the role.

We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time and energy consuming–we aim to be thorough, speedy and transparent in our approach. You should expect for the entire process to be no more than 4 weeks from start to finish.
