Prudential is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing startup focused on expanding access to life insurance for middle market Americans. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment, capable of driving digital transformation and enhancing consumer engagement.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and cater to the middle market segment.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms to maximize reach and impact.
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end consumer marketing journeys to improve customer experience and increase engagement, focusing on the unique needs of middle market Americans.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to co-create marketing strategies that drive growth of sales and conversion of direct-to-consumer campaigns.
  • Utilize advanced marketing analytics tools to conduct test and learn strategies, track campaign performance and generate actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Employ compelling storytelling to effectively communicate the value and necessity of protection products.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with a focus on consumer journey management.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Adobe tools such as Experience Manager, Target, Marketo, Writer, Workfront to enable efficient and integrated campaign orchestration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to learn new insurance products.

Skills:

  • Excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile work environment.

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
