Job Summary

The Sr. Associate, Large Business Digital Solutions, is responsible for defining and executing the digital Solutions experience for large business customers. This role leads strategy, development, and enhancements for digital access to and delivery of existing and new Business Solutions products and services. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, IT, and Customer Support, as well as third party vendors to ensure a valuable and value-creating experience for business customers.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Lead creation of roadmap, identifying customer needs through research, customer feedback, competitive intelligence and landscape review.

Collaborate with Sales, Business Solutions, Enablement, and Marketing to capture insights to inform roadmap.
Develop and own the agentic Solutions journey to provide customers value added insights and services.

  Work with technology on roadmap requirements, design, and delivery.

  Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to develop training, content and campaigns to promote key features.

  Lead sales support and engage in customer meetings as needed to educate and drive adoption of digital capabilities.

  Establish KPIs and dashboards that measure adoption, engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

  Monitor performance, triage issues, and drive evolution of ongoing roadmap of enhancements.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

College degree; engineering, technology or business discipline a plus
5+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with technology/digital experience, marketing, energy
Experience in product development and/or project management a plus
Demonstrated track record of innovation and cross-functional collaboration
Strong verbal and written communications
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a desire to constantly learn

Key Metrics

Completion of digital solutions roadmap
Delivery of key roadmap milestones on time and within scope, with measurable business and customer impact
Demonstration of collaboration and alignment with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors
