Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience.
Role: CX Elevation Dashboard Power BI Reporting & Data Contractor
Role Purpose
The contractor will support the design, build and ongoing maintenance of the Elevations dashboard as well as the upcoming build of the Inner Loops dashboard. The role will work across end-to-end dashboard delivery, including backend data preparation, semantic modelling, visualisation build, and BAU reporting support, with the flexibility to respond to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Power BI Dashboard Development
Design and build end-to-end Power BI dashboards, including data models, measures, and visualisations
Translate business and CX requirements into clear, intuitive dashboard outputs
Apply consistent visual standards, navigation, and storytelling principles across dashboards
Support dashboard iteration, enhancements, and release updates
Backend & Data Engineering Support
Build and maintain backend datasets, including data sourcing, transformation, and modelling
Develop and maintain DAX measures and calculations aligned to agreed metric definitions
Work with data SMEs and platform teams to source, validate and refresh data
Troubleshoot data quality and performance issues across datasets
BAU Reporting & Operational Support
Support BAU reporting requirements, including:
o Refreshing and maintaining existing dashboards
o Updating metrics and logic as definitions evolve
o Responding to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
Provide ongoing dashboard support, issue resolution, and minor enhancements
Assist with access, publishing, and workspace management as required
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with CX, analytics and business stakeholders to clarify requirements
Participate in working groups, walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews
Clearly communicate progress, risks, and dependencies

Required Skills & Experience
Essential
Strong hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards end-to-end
Solid experience with:
o Data modelling
o DAX (measures, calculated columns)
o Power Query
Experience working with multiple data sources and backend datasets
Ability to manage both project-based build work and BAU support
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Desirable
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
Databricks experience
Familiarity with CX, VOC, operational or performance reporting
Experience supporting dashboard governance, standards, and best practice
Comfortable working with evolving requirements and competing priorities

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), PySpark.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data storage and processing.
- Familiarity with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
