Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Fixed Income Market Specialist to join the Fixed Income Retail Markets Team in Milan. This is a position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor other primary markets to propose new bonds for liquidity providers’ activity on EuroTLX and MOT markets.
• Analyze product characteristics to ensure full compliance with regulations, sensitive procedures and the technical requirements of trading and settlement systems.
• Compute periodic statistics for fixed income products across the Group to support the team in defining business development strategies.
• Conduct competitor analyses to identify market trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Perform client analyses to strengthen relationships with issuers and liquidity providers.
• Support day-to-day listing activities and related projects.

Requirements

• Accuracy & Timeliness: Proven ability to deliver precise, timely, and high-quality work.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and interpret data.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in fixed income markets or related areas.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Python skills for automating statistical reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive operational improvements.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to anticipate and effectively respond to client needs.
