State Farm Stadium

Completed in August of 2006, State Farm Stadium has set the standard in multi-purpose NFL Facilities. The stadium is home to a variety of different events including Arizona Cardinals home games, the annual Fiesta Bowl, international soccer matches, concerts, motorsports, trade & consumer shows, and corporate & social functions. Designed with a roll-out natural grass field and retractable roof, the first of its kind in North America, the stadium is capable of converting from a sports facility to a multi-functional event space allowing it to host numerous event types in air-conditioned comfort.

About the Position

ASM Global, is seeking to hire an Operations & Analytics Coordinator at State Farm Stadium. The Operations & Analytics Coordinator is responsible for handling daily operations of the Altum (Asset Essentials) Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and essential administrative support for the Stadium Operations Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for submitting and tracking all facility maintenance requests, repairs, and improvements for State Farm Stadium in the venues CMMS software.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports, graphs, and charts showcasing departmental efficiencies for Senior Leadership to review.
  • Organize/analyze operational data and metric points to recognize trends, predict outcomes, and propose procedural changes.
  • Enhance and innovate with new processes and technology to optimize operational flow.
  • Support the Operations Department in the Event Operations Center as dispatcher for all major events.
  • Coordinate new and existing user, CMMS training sessions.
  • Conduct frequent stadium, pre-event, and post-event inspections.
  • Assist with ancillary administrative items such as creating presentations, signage, spreadsheets, and other clerical items as necessary.
  • Perform event day responsibilities for any/all events that take place on site.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience     

  • Prior facility, operations, administrative, or data analytic experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business, Business Intelligence, or other related fields preferred but not required.

Skills and Abilities     

  • Bilingual applicants not required but preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Fabric, including Power BI, Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint and Calendar.
  • Experience with Adobe products such as Photoshop not required but preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in leveraging AI platforms and their capabilities.
  • General competency with navigating online software and programs.
