Job Description:

As part of Arrow’s HR team, you will support employees and managers, handle HR inquiries, and manage aspects of the employee lifecycle. The team delivers scalable solutions in areas like HR Process & Project Management, Compensation & Benefits, Technology, and Reporting, while providing first-level support on policies, procedures, and technology-related topics.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Gain hands-on experience as the first point of contact for a wide range of HR topics across the EMEA region

• Build knowledge of HR policies, programs, and compensation & benefits while guiding employees and managers

• Develop expertise in Workday by processing and auditing employee data and transactions

• Contribute to key HR initiatives, training, and communications that impact the employee experience

• Learn how compensation & benefits programs are administered and communicated regionally

• Drive improvements in HR processes and services, with room to suggest and implement new ideas

• Strengthen analytical, administrative, and stakeholder management skills through reporting and daily collaboration

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Fluency in English and an additional European language (any)
