We are seeking an RPA Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and ensure the stability and performance of automated processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Configure and maintain automation workflows across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Monitor bot performance and ensure the availability and reliability of automated processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions and automated workflows.
  • Perform maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of existing automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives through automation technologies.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Experience developing, implementing, or supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of business process analysis and process mapping.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, and deployment processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in automation environments.
  • Knowledge of integrations involving enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and file-based processes.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
  • Experience working in enterprise automation or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • RPA platform certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.).
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
