About This Role

The Cluster Operations & Maintenance Performance Specialist (South Luzon) is a specialized facility maintenance manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of commercial real estate properties across the South Luzon region. This role ensures that buildings and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Operations & Maintenance Management

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational activities across South Luzon commercial properties

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building performance

• Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure minimal disruption to building operations

• Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards

• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed

• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives

• Oversee contractor safety protocols and regulatory adherence

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery

• Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and requests

• Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, vendors, and service providers

• Provide regular performance reports to senior management and clients

Performance Optimization

• Monitor building systems performance and implement efficiency improvements

• Analyze maintenance costs and develop budget-conscious operational strategies

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the South Luzon property cluster

• Support sustainability and energy efficiency programs

Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors across multiple properties

• Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff

• Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities and compliance records

What You'll Need

• Experience: 5-7 years in facility management or building maintenance with experience managing multiple commercial properties

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related technical field

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), local regulations, and maintenance management software

• Leadership: Proven team management abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong client relationship management experience

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to South Luzon region with ability to travel across assigned properties
