How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead the development and deployment of the Global Product Group (GPG) Quality Strategy, aligned with Business Unit priorities.

• Drive global quality programs (e.g., APQP) and support execution of the Business Unit (BU) Quality Improvement Plan.

• Analyze global quality data to identify systemic issues and eliminate root causes.

• Strengthen and evolve the BU/GPG Quality Management System, integrating learnings from customer and internal feedback.

• Own and improve production standards, manufacturing documentation and training (Quality School).

• Validate new or updated production standards and embed best practices into global technical and quality standards.

• Lead and execute quality and process audits, ensuring closure of actions across global sites.

• Partner with engineering and technology teams to secure quality in new product introductions (DFMEA, DFMA, standardization, modularization).

 

Your Background:

• Master’s degree (MSc/MBA) with strong technical and manufacturing foundations.

• Extensive experience in quality management paired with in‑depth exposure to the transformer business.

• Minimum 8 years in international leadership roles with experience managing global structures.

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) and formal quality/auditor training (ISO or similar).

• Strong knowledge of quality, project, and change management tools and methods, with proven success leading major improvement programs.

• Fluent English and exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills; willingness to travel up to 50%.
