We are recruiting a Senior Marketing Specialist with good language skills in English based in Krakow (hybrid model), Poland.

The ideal candidate should have digital marketing experience and be ready to build marketing plans and execute multichannel campaigns. We are looking for driven, motivated, creative, and focused individual.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute brand, customer acquisition, retention and sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Manage online and offline events from planning to execution, optimizing engagement and impact
• Contribute to regional marketing strategy, identifying trends and opportunities, managing marketing campaigns and projects
• Lead digital multichannel campaigns across Europe or globally, ensuring performance-driven execution
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and evaluating results
• Manage budget planning and ROI optimization for key marketing initiatives
• Take full ownership of regional and global projects, driving innovation and execution
• Work closely with other teams eCommerce, Product, Sales, PPC, SEO, PR, SM teams to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance, campaign localization and reporting
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing

What about you?

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing and experience in running campaigns
• Familiar with online paid and owned channels e.g. PPC, GDN, Social Media, Email
• Experience in working with external and internal stakeholders would be a plus 
• Fluency in English language. Polish or any other language is an advantage
• Creative person who is able to not only generate new ideas but also execute them
• Good communication skills
• Copywriting skills
• Good knowledge of MS office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
