Daily Challenges

  • Supporting Global IT Environments: Working within our 24/7 support team, assisting with system maintenance and troubleshooting for over 50 customers worldwide;

  • Solving Real-World Challenges: Playing a key role in diagnosing and resolving issues in Linux-based infrastructures, handling critical incidents with attention to detail;

  • Optimizing and Improving Processes: Contributing to service enhancements that improve efficiency and customer experience;

  • Monitoring and Maintaining Performance: Ensuring system reliability by following internal protocols and best practices.

 

eXperience and skills required

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in system administration or IT support;

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset;

  • Fluency in English;

  • A team player with a proactive and self-driven attitude;

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-evolving tech landscape;

  • Customer-focused mindset, eager to provide top-notch support.

Bonus Points for Technical Knowledge in:

  • Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, SUSE, Debian, or others);

  • Networking fundamentals;

  • Backup & storage basics;

  • Virtualization & virtual machines;

  • Scripting (Bash, Python, Perl, etc.);

  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Jenkins.
