GPS Strategic Operations is a Center of Excellence (COE) and a global services-based sales support organisation that operates as "one Salesforce," with humans and AI agents delivering innovative RFx bid management, educational C360 and AI customer references & content, product operations execution, and framework agreement strategies. We support the GPS lines of business (Public Sector, EDU, NGO) to drive revenue and manage risk, aligned to the financial plan.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented, hardworking individual with great energy, initiative and analytical skills to support our APAC Framework Agreement Centre of Excellence (COE) operations for continued growth of our public sector business in APAC. The Snr Analyst works cross functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver against activities and compliance obligations contained in multiple Framework Agreement management plans.
This job requires structure, organisation, attention to detail, problem resolution, data and reporting analysis, risk management and a deep working knowledge of government regulations, policies, and procurement processes in the APAC public sector marketplace. The Snr Analyst will also have the ability to simultaneously handle a variety of requests/tasks across multiple operational topics with differing priority levels and deadlines.
The Senior Analyst will be the type of individual that is naturally customer service-oriented, able to work independently, proactive in identifying and recommending solutions, comfortable navigating complex situations, and driven to succeed within the demands of a fast-paced, high-growth and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Support the assessment of new routes to market, as identified by senior team members, with research, analysis and documentation deliverables
Manage/track aspects of framework participation such as bidding processes, content preparation, revision, and submission across the APAC GPS region and other identified sales territories
Create and deliver against framework maintenance plans, including the management of framework governance and compliance obligations such as spend reporting, QBR’s, price book updates and policy compliance for multiple assigned framework agreements
Develop enablement plans, stakeholder communication, training and support documentation on Salesforce processes and public sector purchasing rules related to assigned APAC framework agreements
Share best practices with the wider GPS Strategic Operations team to enhance quality and efficiency of the global GPS Framework Agreements Centre of Excellence
Analyse government policy requirements and work with relevant internal stakeholders to develop detailed analysis with recommendations on Salesforce ability to comply.
Project manage and work key stakeholders, including the RFx team, Sales, Deals Desk, Legal, DSE, Security and others, on formal Framework tender response activities (for both new frameworks and relisting of existing ones) .
Support and coordinate the renewal activities of existing government framework agreements that do not require formal tender responses
Develop and maintain work flows and support processes to ensure Sales and other cross-functional teams remain compliant transacting under our Framework agreements
Multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment, working with a sense of urgency, and prioritisation.
Build and foster relationships and work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external business partners.
Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Public Sector experience in a similar analyst role including business operations or program management.
Experience working with a variety of APAC public sector contracting and procurement policies, rules, and regulations.
Experience working with government framework agreements, whole of government agreements and other types of contract vehicles for cloud PaaS and SaaS subscription services.
Excellent business analysis skills with experience in identifying and documenting user requirements, building reports and dashboards and developing effective automated work flows
Experience with direct & indirect selling models
Self-starter; able to translate problem statements into concrete action plans and execute against them.
Demonstrable ability to think creatively to achieve a defined outcome with innovation, against the backdrop of scale and repeatability in their approach.
Process-oriented individual with a proven history of developing and delivering against contract and framework agreement management plans.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders (both in APAC and globally) and customers alike.
Possess a good working knowledge of cloud SaaS, PaaS, and/or IaaS applications.
Ability to multi-task and perform in a high-paced environment.
Excellent collaboration skills with attention to detail and drive to get things done.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Google G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Slack.
