The IT Business Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting Corporate IT projects and strategic initiatives through effective communication, coordination, and documentation. In addition to supporting large-scale projects, the IT Business Support Specialist will also independently lead smaller IT initiatives or communications-focused projects from planning to execution.
