What will you do?

In this position you will join our Asset Management and Performance Team, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of projects.

You’ll work with both public and private sector clients, leading delivery of Asset Management outcomes across markets and technical areas. These projects vary in duration and technical area from short strategic decision-making support to long term uplift in asset management lifecycle in partnership with clients.

More broadly, we are looking for talented and experienced individuals who can apply their skills and experience in support of:

  • Delivering Asset Management consulting projects
  • Developing internal tools & IP to support other AM&P team members
  • Help shape future opportunities by identifying and developing new projects.
  • Prepare client proposals, including value propositions, methodologies and budgets.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships – internally and externally.

What can you bring to the team?

You will share our genuine passion for re-imagining asset performance and be someone who actively pursues reshaping the future of Asset Management. You will demonstrate:

  • Exposure to heavy industry (Water, Resources, Oil & Gas highly regarded) and/ or the Defence sector
  • An understanding of Asset Management principles and/ or background in an engineering discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects or packages of work
  • Demonstrated experience leading, empowering, and motivating diverse teams including Early Career Professionals through to SMEs to achieve outcomes
  • A passion for developing team members and Early Career Professionals within your network,
  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients and stakeholders to elicit and interpret needs and manage project delivery
  • Can work with uncertainty and ambiguity and is not intimidated by things outside current knowledge base
