ACS Poland Category Manager

Description -

As the ACS Poland Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product category portfolio for Poland and ECE region, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of category strategies. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment, acting as the key expert and leader for your category. Your insights and leadership will directly impact on our market position and customer satisfaction.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement with sales teams to execute category plans in line with organizational policies.

  • Own the Workstation P&L (revenue & margin) for Poland and ECE region, providing forecasts, plans, and actions to management with regional support.

  • Define and implement category business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, finance) for seamless plan execution.

  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance, identifying improvement areas and developing action plans.

  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform category improvements.

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with sales teams and external partners.

  • Oversee market analysis, marketing engagement, and partnership with external IT vendors.
     

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 7–10 years of experience in Category Management, P&L management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; fluency in English.

  • Experience with Agile methodology, digital marketing, go-to-market strategy, and business development.

  • Effective cross-organizational skills: results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
