Role Summary

Incumbent has minimum 6 years’ experience in the legal/corporate department of a fiduciary or have worked in a law firm / corporate secretarial firm. You are willing and looking to consolidate and grow your skills and talents in the long term with a company that works in a fast-paced, strong team and results-based environment. You will work closely with your colleagues within local office and counterparts in an effective manner, to continuously meet clients’ expectations and maintain good client relationship management so as to optimize the work process.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the internal management as well as service providers and advisors for the efficient running of all deals and entities’ corporate governance;
  • Draft, review and ensure the accuracy of legal documents (implementation of template clauses, legislation, signature, date, corporate details etc.);
  • Liaise with the Revantage finance, tax, Legal and compliance team for transparency of information,;
  • Organize regular board meetings, board minutes, written resolutions ;

  • Monitor the accuracy and accessibility of legal and corporate documents ;
  • Ensure organized, clear and consistent saving, filing and scanning of all documents.
  • Assistance in assessing work procedures, providing feedbacks/suggestions for improvements and implementing improvement process, where necessary
  • Perform certain administration tasks pertaining to the clients or internal procedures
  • Maintain the company database and assist in overseeing the digital archiving, legal documents storage and data management processes

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent English, any other language will be an advantage;
  • Total proficiency with MS Office standard applications;
  • Experience working with and maintaining strong professional links with lawyers, auditors, notaries, service providers.
  • Knowledge of blueprint/ Diligent will be an advantage
