Identify and pursue sales leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for business growth
Create sale strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities
Analyze the needs of agency clients, understanding their challenges and objectives
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Who You Are
3+ years of business development/sales experience working in a digital marketing agency
Strong experience in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising
Proven track record of successful hitting sales target and KPIs
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in team management
Detail-oriented, well organized with good sense of responsibility
Energetic and able to work under pressure
Nice To Have Strong network of advertising agencies in India market
