Responsibilities: 

• Email & Workspace Automation: Design, develop, and deploy automated email workflows to reduce manual communication overhead. Leverage Google Apps Script to integrate Google Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) with internal tracking mechanisms and external APIs.  
• Scripting & Optimization: Utilize Python and JavaScript to build lightweight scripts that streamline manual team tasks, automate data formatting, and parse security reports.  
• RPA Coordination: Act as a tactical liaison between the Application Security team and the core RPA development unit. Gather process requirements, document basic workflow maps, and coordinate testing and tracking for newly deployed RPA bots.  
• AI & Innovation (Special Project): Research, experiment, and suggest ways to integrate AI/GenAI tools (e.g., lightweight LLM APIs or prompt workflows) into existing access review or automation pipelines.  
• Documentation Support: Update and modernize the team's operational manuals, security checklists, and "How-to" guides, ensuring newly created automation scripts are fully documented for long-term sustainability.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

• Programming Foundations: Academic or project-based experience writing clean, functional code in Python and JavaScript.  
• Workspace Customization: Practical, hands-on experience or portfolio projects showcasing working knowledge of Google Apps Script within the Google Suite ecosystem.  
• Automation Familiarity: Understanding of automation logic, workflow design, webhooks, and interacting with REST APIs.  
• Operational Drive: High capacity to learn fast and handle high-volume identity management workflows (ID lifecycle requests) with speed and attention to detail.  

Special Skills:  

• AI & Tech Interest: An active, demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence, prompt engineering, or machine learning, with an eagerness to apply these tools to solve corporate efficiency problems.  
• Process Alignment: Ability to clearly map out manual steps and translate business/operational requirements into technical workflows for RPA developers.  
• Data Accuracy: Strong organizational discipline; understanding that executing user ID modifications requires 100% accuracy to prevent security and operational errors.
