We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong expertise in ECC to S/4HANA migrations, focusing on Selective Data Transition (Bluefield) and Brownfield approaches using SNP CrystalBridge / SNP SDT tools.
You will play a key role in complex SAP transformation programs, working closely with functional and technical teams throughout the full migration lifecycle — from blueprint to hypercare.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP data migration activities for ECC → S/4HANA programs using SNP CrystalBridge / SDT
- Design and implement Selective Data Transition (Bluefield) and Brownfield migration scenarios
- Execute and support migration mocks, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare phases
- Analyze and manage large SAP data volumes, ensuring performance, consistency and data integrity
- Work closely with functional streams (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.) to align technical and business requirements
- Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize data migration strategies in complex SAP landscapes
Detailed Responsibilities & Technical Scope
- Analyze SAP master and transactional data structures and their impact in S/4HANA
- Configure and operate SNP migration tools, including object selection, transformation rules and reconciliation
- Support data validation, testing cycles and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with SAP architects, functional consultants and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and Accenture delivery standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of migration methodologies and assets
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration
- Proven experience with SNP CrystalBridge / SNP SDT
- Solid background in Selective Data Transition (Bluefield) migrations
- Relevant participation in ECC → S/4HANA migration projects, preferably in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP data models and migration processes (Blueprint, Mocks, Cutover)
- Experience working with large data volumes and performance-critical tables
Nice to Have
- Experience in multiple SAP functional areas (FI/CO/SD/MM integration scenarios)
- Exposure to international or multi-system SAP landscapes
- SAP S/4HANA migration certifications
