We are currently searching for an Executive Assistant who will provide senior-level administrative support for two vice presidents within our governance, sustainability, and human resources function.
This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial, CO and 2 days from home.
Prioritize and manage the leaders' calendar and time, serving as the first point of contact for those requesting time and meetings.
Support the flow of information to and from the leader and between the leadership team.
Assist the leader with business planning, special projects, business reviews, and presentations (internal and external).
Gather information as needed to ensure the leader is prepared for meetings.
Translate and align the leaders' plans into actionable steps for the team.
Coordinate special initiatives on behalf of the leaders or leadership team.
Schedule and provide administrative support for town halls, all hands calls, etc.
Book travel and complete expense reports.
Process purchase orders/invoices through internal Oracle procurement system and monitors for completeness.
What we're looking for
Minimum of five years of prior work experience as an executive assistant.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Project management skills and being able to handle team initiatives from start to finish (i.e. self-starter).
Ability to create, review, and edit material on behalf of leaders with limited oversight.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents and presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools - Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all information related to the leader and organization.
