Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to work with complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making.
In this role, you will analyze, transform, and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency while contributing to reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven strategies. You will also play a key role in guiding junior team members and supporting data implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collect, clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Map and standardize data into structured schemas, aligning key data elements
- Develop datasets and reports using internal tools and data platforms
- Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks
- Support reporting needs by creating specifications based on business requirements
- Interpret results and provide recommendations to support decision-making
- Document data processes, transformation logic, and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges
- Lead and coordinate data deliverables while guiding junior team members
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and organizational policies
- Support ongoing improvements in data processes and analytics practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database querying
- Experience with data transformation, validation, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and reporting techniques
- Solid understanding of data structures, logic, and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage tasks and deliver within timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data
- Exposure to enterprise data systems or large datasets
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior analysts
