Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to work with complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making.
In this role, you will analyze, transform, and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency while contributing to reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven strategies. You will also play a key role in guiding junior team members and supporting data implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Collect, clean, validate, and transform data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Map and standardize data into structured schemas, aligning key data elements
  • Develop datasets and reports using internal tools and data platforms
  • Perform data validation, audits, and quality checks
  • Support reporting needs by creating specifications based on business requirements
  • Interpret results and provide recommendations to support decision-making
  • Document data processes, transformation logic, and methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges
  • Lead and coordinate data deliverables while guiding junior team members
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and organizational policies
  • Support ongoing improvements in data processes and analytics practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database querying
  • Experience with data transformation, validation, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and reporting techniques
  • Solid understanding of data structures, logic, and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and deliver within timelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data
  • Exposure to enterprise data systems or large datasets
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior analysts
