Branch Executive’s job role is to provide operational & business support to our business partners, customers & Head of the branch. The role will drive consistency and quality in the sales teams & act as a key link between Sales Function & Information & Operation supports.
An overview of the job role as below.
1. To ensure the smooth running of the branch operations
2. To provide support to advisers by providing information on products, promotions, or campaigns
3. To support the sales and recruitment activities for Advisers at the branch
4. To coordinate training sessions & activities for Advisers at the branch
5. To deliver quality customer service to advisers and unit holders by attending to their queries and complaints
6. To prepare sales and recruitment report for the branch
