Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice and support to enhance the information technology function. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals, while continuously driving improvements and innovation within the technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks associated with project deliverables and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Support junior team members by providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios involving multiple systems.
- Ability to analyze and optimize integration workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques in integration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
