Job Title: Supportability Engineering Group Leader
Location: Any Frazer-Nash UK Office (preferably Bristol)
Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 (dependant on experience) + Comprehensive Benefits
Working Pattern: Full time (37.5 hrs per week) – Hybrid Working

A vacancy has arisen for Group Leader(s) in the System Engineering Discipline Area. 
 
The System Engineering Discipline Area and its associated groups develop and deliver a wide variety of projects, programmes and portfolios of work, as well as supporting business development opportunities. This can range from leading multi-disciplinary Frazer-Nash teams, to working autonomously, providing best practice guidance and coaching to upskill client teams in the generation of Supportability Engineering artefacts, conducting Supportability Analysis (SA) and Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Analysis to underpin a robust and sustainable support solution.
 
This role could include:

  • Delivering Supportability Engineering and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities across projects 
  • Conducting ILS health checks and developing ILS strategies to support tendering 
  • Advising on FMECA, RCM, LORA and MTA to define effective support strategies 
  • Optimising spares, reliability modelling, and Support & Test Equipment solutions 
  • Developing end‑to‑end support solutions across the full project and programme lifecycle

 
What We’re Looking For:

  • Practitioner-level experience in at least one recognised Supportability Engineering management methodology (e.g. ILS, Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Through Life Support (TLS)). 
  • Knowledge and practical experience across a range of Supportability Engineering capability methodologies and Supportability Analysis (SA) and Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) tools. 
  • A strong track record of developing support solutions for customers and delivering programmes of work to meet customer satisfaction, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Proven leadership, management, and collaborative working experience.
