The role of ‘Strategic Initiatives & Execution Lead Analyst’ is critical to the success of the Citi Private Bank business. This role will be responsible for the ownership and management of several strategic projects and analyses related to the growth and design or our organization.

The position will be part of the CPB Global Business Execution office and will partner closely with all parts of Citi Private Bank including the Leadership Team, Regional Business Execution teams, business managers, product and sales teams. This position will also work closely with the broader Citi Global Wealth organization.

The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems, dealing with ambiguity, and who possesses an unrelenting customer obsession and a strong desire to make their mark on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their unique businesses and processes and how they can be streamlined in a way that enhances controls, creates efficiencies, and drives business growth
  • Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from problem identification through requirements definition, process mapping and reengineering, and solution implementation
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to create and deliver key management presentations for various audiences
  • Identify and build the business case for growth opportunities supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Partner with product teams to enhance product offering, product delivery model, and overall value proposition for our clients
  • Develop KPIs / KRIs and efficient mechanisms for tracking and continuous improvement
  • Design and implement regional communication strategy and governance structure to ensure all stakeholders are involved in and aware of key business change activities (system, process, policy)

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of financial services experience. Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Strategy/Management Consulting, or FP&A experience preferred
  • Advanced competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and make decisions
  • Ability to build relationships and partner across a complex organization
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to influence seniors and stakeholders outside of your span of control
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and project delivery skills

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
