Job Description:

Architectural Market specifically focusses on engaging influencers like Architects/PMC's and contractor's, we partner them to provide/create a unique brand experience for each facility. We engage with customers and stake holders at each step of project from specification to end application to refurbishment of existing facility.

Job Summary

The Person hired will be responsible for Sales and Business developmental activities of Architectural Market Vertical in South based out of Chennai. He/She shall Promote brand experience concept with different stake holders in the buidling segement including Architects, Retail business and Residential clients. Understand customer pain area's, analyse and develop innovative solutions. Expand customer and channel base. Identify New segments and promote New Products. Develop and Maintain relationship with Architects, and channel partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Sales Execution: Over all sales execution for Architect Market - Sales and Business planning Includes managing Forecasting, Tracking Inventory, Order Collection, Driving Billing and Payment collection, Issue resolution. Exceed in term of deliveriing on sales and collection plan.Ensure sales value through Retail and residential segment.                        .                                                            

2. Driving Specification : Working as the technology consultant with Architects to convince them on incorporating 3M's specs in BOM. Identifying projects they are working on with timelines, develop connects at project level, Map different stake holders and decision makers, establish relation ship with them, track competitive activity. Identify segment partners in frey and ensure they are in alignment to quote with 3M Products. Work out pricing strategy to determine margins at different level.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              3. Pipeline management :Using SFDC ( SFDC Operational Knowledge is must- Account, Lead & Opportunity mangement, Revenue schedule creation, Call Log Ins.                                                                                                                                        

4. Collaborate with Marketing and Technical team to execute marketing campaigns and programs , Convert those leads into opportunities and to sales, plan Tech training programs to win over customer loyalty and develop new applications and penetrate new segments. Understand product FAB and drive value selling.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

5.  Industry engagement : Drive Industry engagement, Identify forums and communities of KOL/ segment partners/ Architects and represent 3M at these forums, Particiapte in industry Seminars , Webinars, Exhibitions and understand and keep businees updated regularly on the trends.            

 6. Retail Development : Identify & develop retail opportunities to expand retail market presence and ensure to increase market share. Create comprehensive business plan to enter retail market . 

Qualification

 M.B.A, 5-7 years of experience with proven Sales track record.  

 Good understanding of doing business with Architects, PMC's and Contractors.

Experience of Dealer/Distributor handing will be an added advantage

Experience in Concept Selling / Specification Incorporation / Tender Generation.
