Building Maintenance Supervisor

Staines and surrounding areas

Full Time Permanent. 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday to Friday)

Salary up to £42,000 per annum.

Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!

Supervisor Duties

• Managing more complex works to include disrepairs, complaints, and project works (examples not limited to, refurbishment works, kitchens, damp & mould, roofing, and structural works)
• Managing a team of varied trades and the aspects of case management and repairs to completion
• Liaising with client teams, sub-contractor, and DLO
• Managing operative performance/productivity to achieve KPI’s
• Manage site health and safety through site packs, inspections, and monthly compliance
• Respond to internal and external queries in timely manner
• Produce Scope of works where not supplied / Variations
• Carrying out pre-start, mid and Post work inspections
• Assess completed orders (desktop) ensuring sufficient photographic evidence and notes to support commercial invoicing
• Diary monitoring for correct allocation of skills and time frame
• Carrying out appraisals for assigned operatives
• Attending client meetings as required
• Induction of new operatives to include interviews and onboarding
• Undertaking regular site attendance and scaffold inspections

Role Criteria:

• Disrepairs experience – Produce scope of works using SOR’s
• Managing repairs operatives
• SMSTS /SSSTS
• Social housing repair experience Min 3yrs. Multi trade works

• IT proficient – Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Full UK driving License
