About the Role

As an Operations IT Specialist at P&G, you will play a meaningful role in maintaining and supporting our data applications—including ETL processes, data harmonization, and visualization tools within our local data lake. You will collaborate closely with internal business users from our Sales team to resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring high levels of data quality and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues to ensure user happiness.

• Operational Stability: Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain stable and efficient operations.

• Data Pipeline Management: Implement requested changes within the data pipeline processes in the local data lake.

• Issue Management: Identify, investigate, and bring up system or data quality issues in ETL and data harmonization processes, coordinating with appropriate contacts.

• Cloud Solutions Support: Offer technical support for cloud-based solutions.

• User Education: Educate and support business users from the Sales team to enhance their understanding and utilization of our systems.

• Documentation: Create and maintain records for existing and new processes to ensure effective communication and continuity

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from 135 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

• Location: Must be based in Russia, Moscow

• 2+ years experience in IT operations, data transformation and  Power BI or alternatives.

• Technical Skills: Python - basic knowledge (Pandas, Spark), SQL

• Education: University degree (DipHE or equivalent).

• Language Proficiency: Good command of English (Intermediate level or higher).

• Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for detail and willingness to support routine operations.

• Multitasking Abilities: Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.

• Communication Skills: Good communication and social skills.

• Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Hybrid: Working from office/home
