The sought-after candidate will be placed in the Register&AGM team, which operates within the Asset Services area of ESM as a Service Center for issuers, managing the update of the Shareholders’ Register, the assembly operations, and those related to various Corporate Actions, as well as domestic and international custody activities. 

Key accountabilities 

After proper training, the candidate will be mainly employed in activities related to the basic operations of: 

• Accounting for ordinary and extraordinary transactions 
• Discharge and diagnostics of flows from intermediaries, operational management in support of the team (printing of registers, stamping operations 
• Maintenance of the Shareholders’ Register warehouse, secretarial operations, etc.), and Custody operations. 
• Support the team in basic activities related to the organization and management of shareholder and stockholder meetings. 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required 

The candidate must have: 

• Studies in accounting or bachelor’s degree in economics. 
• Good proficiency with office tools, mainly Excel 
• A propensity for teamwork 
• A propensity for schematic and organized operations 
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ledger management 
• Basic knowledge of law
