Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using your expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex issues to ensure the smooth functioning of business-critical systems. Roles & Responsibilities: -Proficient in writing SQL quires -Good understanding in Rest based web service -Able to write AWS glue Jobs and crawler ,If worked on ETL project is added advantage. -Should have knowledge on triggers for AWS glue workflow -Should have basic knowledge on pyspark -Good understanding in FAAS to use lambada and Step Functions -Familiar with AWS S3 services -Can be able to write code for Rest API calling using Java/Python -HealthCare experience/Knowledge a plus -High proficient in Java/Python with hands-on experience -At least one experience in the development of framework for automation or application -Good analytical and logical thinking -Critical problem solving -Guide team with design and coding practice -Play a key code reviewer role and help in improvising the code quality Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including change management, incident management, and problem management. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, including Python. - Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience with database technologies, including Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Python, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), and ServiceNow. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - Willingness to work rotational B & C shifts, flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to support critical IT operations
