The Opportunity

This position works out of our [Egypt office] in the International fianace operation division Center of excelance ( COE ) where we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

What You’ll Do:

 

 

 

• Prepare invoices and expense statements for data entry and post to BPCS
• Ap Accounting for middle east countries .
• Prepare employee expense payments, Bi weekly Transfer payment
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments (including all company divisions) on all queries relating to Accounts Payable
• Payment to vendors as per company policy
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations
• Prepare the information requested by internal and external Auditors & deal with queries arising
• Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls
• Projects & Other Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely month end close for corporate reporting.
• Inter-company processing and reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance-REQUIRED

• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• 2 to 3 years of experience
• knowledge of ERP & SAP4HANA - PREFERRED
• Strong knowledge of accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good analytical skills.
• Proactive nature.
• Reasonable skill level on Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Team Player.
