The role:
The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the lead role responsible for the successful delivery and growth of a designated account or cluster of accounts within the High Secure Market Vertical. The role is pivotal in driving consulting-led opportunities and ensuring the retention and expansion of our business portfolio. The CSM will focus on sub-$5M deals, churn business, and new logo sales, working closely with DXC capabilities and enterprise partners to deliver innovative and secure solutions to critical national clients.
Responsibilities:
Account Leadership: Own and drive the strategic direction, delivery, and growth of assigned accounts within National Security, Policing, Critical National Infrastructure, Defence, and Nuclear sectors.
Revenue and Growth Targeting: Meet or exceed financial targets related to Revenue, Total Contract Value (TCV), and Contract Margin.
Consulting-Led Sales: Lead the development of consulting-led engagements across Data & AI, Custom Applications, Enterprise Applications, and Security.
Sub-$5M Deal Focus: Drive incremental deal growth by identifying, shaping, and closing smaller-scale opportunities while managing churn business effectively.
New Logo and Expansion Sales: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the footprint of services within existing and new customers.
Strategic Partner Engagement: Collaborate with DXC capabilities and enterprise technology partners to develop integrated solutions that address complex security and technology challenges.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and strategic alignment.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the successful delivery of contracted services, ensuring high-quality outcomes that drive customer value and loyalty.
Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security and regulatory requirements specific to the High Secure Market Vertical.
Requirements:
Security Clearance: Must be a UK National with at least five years of residence and hold SC clearance, with the potential for DV clearance.
Industry Experience: Proven several years experience working within National Security, Policing, Critical National Infrastructure, Defence, or Nuclear sectors.
Sales & Business Development: Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, closing sub-$5M deals, and managing client portfolios.
Consulting & Solution Selling: Experience in consultative sales approaches, particularly within Data & AI, Custom Applications, Enterprise Applications, and Security solutions.
Client Management: Proven ability to build strong client relationships, understand business challenges, and align solutions to customer needs.
Delivery Oversight: Ability to manage and ensure successful service delivery across complex, high-security environments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working with senior client executives, government officials, and internal leadership teams.
Preferred Skills:
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contractual and financial governance.
Experience working with global IT service providers and enterprise technology partners.
Ability to navigate complex security environments and understand government procurement processes.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
