Job Description:
The Lindon Fulfillment Center Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing associates across warehouse and fulfillment operations while ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of inventory and customer orders. This hands-on leader oversees daily operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement while driving productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse and fulfillment operations and lead hourly associates.
Manage by walking around and work side-by-side with associates.
Manage productivity, quality, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
Hire, train, coach, recognize, and discipline employees as needed.
Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory transactions.
Coordinate with Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Production, Manufacturing, and other departments.
Develop and enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Perform daily area inspections for safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S principles to improve operations.
Drive continuous improvement and support strategic process and system initiatives.
Maintain documentation, reports, and operational records.
Delegate work, communicate expectations, and hold associates accountable.
Promote company initiatives and serve as an ambassador of doTERRA culture.
Verify inbound and outbound transactions for accuracy.
Qualifications:
2+ years supervising warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience with forklifts or powered industrial equipment.
Experience training and developing employees.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, safety, and productivity metrics.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Sense of urgency and continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Warehouse automation experience.
Supply chain experience.
Lean/Six Sigma certification.
Project management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
