Vice President, Digital Wealth, GRS
Role Purpose
The Vice President, Digital Wealth, GRS is accountable for building and scaling a digital wealth business that drives measurable revenue growth, client acquisition, and deeper wallet share, with a strong emphasis on profitability and full P&L ownership. The VP will define the future of the digital wealth platform that will power the 2C ambition, balancing innovation with disciplined financial management. This leader owns the commercial and financial performance of the digital wealth platform, ensuring technology, data, and client experience translate into sustained, profitable sales outcomes.
The role combines platform ownership with sales, growth, and profitability accountability, redefining how wealth solutions are distributed, sold, and scaled through digital and hybrid channels, while maintaining rigorous oversight of revenue, expenses, and overall P&L impact.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
