Responsibilities:

  • Picking products and operating the automated warehouse system according to SAP orders
  • Ensuring smooth material flow and continuously improving work processes
  • Inspecting incoming goods for visible damage and checking accompanying documents
  • Sorting out damaged parts or batches
  • Documenting and reporting deviations or damages in SAP
  • Taking and forwarding material samples
  • Repacking and unpacking parts or materials
  • Storing and retrieving items at designated warehouse locations or staging areas
  • Recording predefined data (ID numbers, quantities, weights, etc.) using barcode scanners
  • Assembling and preparing materials with accompanying documents according to SAP orders
  • Recording data for outbound goods
  • Supporting inventory counts and stock checks
  • Packaging and inspecting spare parts based on CAD drawings according to customer requirements
  • Using simple transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklifts, etc.)
  • Supporting the goods receiving department
  • Optimizing existing processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company (m/f/d)
  • Confident handling of SAP WM; knowledge of additional SAP modules is an advantage
  • Independent and responsible working style
  •  Ideally experienced in reading technical drawings and familiar with EB sealing components
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Openness to improvements and change processes
  • High willingness to work in a team and flexibility regarding working hours (shift work)
  • lifting and carrying loads up to 30 kg
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Flexible in terms of task assignments
