Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Solution Architect – Analytics & Data Enablement to design and operationalize scalable, reusable analytical products that bridge business needs with enterprise data standards. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, data architecture, and delivery governance—ensuring alignment across Squad priorities, Insights & Analytics (I&A) standards, India CoE build scale, and CTO production controls.

You will translate complex business requirements into structured, production-ready analytical solutions while enabling consistent, high-quality delivery across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead working sessions with Squad Leads and cross-functional team members to design analytical products.
  • Define end-to-end product structure, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and enterprise data strategy.
  • Drive clarity and consistency across use cases, ensuring scalable and reusable outputs.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed data specifications, including: grain and data structure, business logic and transformations, assumptions and dependencies and KPI definitions/rules/calculations.
  • Ensure traceability between business questions and data outputs.
  • Develop and maintain reusable design patterns across semantic layers and business logic, data models and pipelines and dashboards, reporting and visualization standards
  • Promote standardization and reuse to accelerate delivery and reduce redundancy.
  • Serve as the primary interface with CTO teams for production deployment across gold layer integration, data access and security, data quality and validation controls, release management and SLA adherence
  • Ensure all solutions meet enterprise production standards and governance requirements.
  • Own release readiness across QA evidence and validation artifacts, UAT coordination and sign-off, documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Establish sustainable ownership models for post-release support and enhancements.
  • Enable India CoE teams to execute builds effectively through clear, actionable specifications and detailed requirements, business context and expected outcomes, defined QA standards and acceptance criteria
  • Drive delivery consistency, quality, and scalability across global teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in data/analytics solution architecture, data engineering, or advanced analytics delivery
  • Proven track record designing end-to-end analytical products and scalable data solutions
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Data modeling and semantic layer design
    • BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
    • Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, etc.)
  • Experience working in Agile squad-based delivery environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise data governance, production controls, and release processes

Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) is an innovative medical device company dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod product platform. The Omnipod® Insulin Management System provides a unique alternative to traditional insulin delivery methods. With its simple, wearable design, the disposable and waterproof Pod provides up to three days of non-stop insulin delivery, without the need to see or handle a needle. Insulet’s latest innovation, the Omnipod® 5 Automated Insulin Delivery System, is a tubeless automated insulin delivery system, integrated with a continuous glucose monitor to manage blood sugar with no multiple daily injections, zero finger sticks, and is fully controlled by a compatible personal smartphone. Insulet also leverages the unique design of its Pod by tailoring its Omnipod technology platform for the delivery of non-insulin subcutaneous drugs across other therapeutic areas.

Studies have demonstrated the clinical and lifestyle advantages of insulin pump therapy over multiple daily insulin injections (MDI). However, many people still choose MDI therapy largely due to the complexity, cost, and inconvenience of conventional pump technology. The Omnipod is a discreet and easy-to-use system that eliminates many of the issues associated with conventional pumps. By breaking down the barriers to insulin pump therapy, Insulet hopes to provide both a superior treatment option and life-long health benefits for people with insulin-requiring diabetes.
