We are seeking a Coordinator to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. The Coordinator will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally in support of FoundationCCC’s Workforce Development Department, focusing on our employer-of-record service, Career Catalyst, and Grants Administration projects. This role provides administrative and coordination support across project teams to help ensure streamlined and timely completion of workflow and project deliverables. Additionally, this role supports the coordination of critical tasks and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
Familiarity with project management principles is desirable.
Demonstrated experience with web-based tools and platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Asana, and Salesforce.
