Job Description Summary

Apply a systems engineering mindset and approach to align cross-functional business and technical needs, delivering high-quality products.

Responsible for design, development and validation of next-generation advancements across HMI platforms, AI platform, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity. Implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for applications to reduce manual configuration and deployment time. Develop automated testing frameworks that simulate complex networking and cybersecurity scenarios to ensure "secure-by-design" releases.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development and deployment — Responsible for driving  and evaluating emerging technology/features in next gen platform and application.

  • Drive Requisition Readiness — Create customized product documentation for internal and external customers.

  • Develop Deployment Automation Software — Partner with Technical Leaders, System Architects, and Product Owners to design and build software automation solutions that enable consistent, high-quality product deployments with minimal human intervention.

  • Convert NPI Inputs into Automated Workflows — Translate product specifications and NPI outputs into structured, executable automation processes that eliminate manual steps and reduce deployment risk.

  • Develop & Maintain Standard Work — continuously improve standardized deployment documentation and automation for HMI and AI platform, networking, and cybersecurity products.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master or above in Electronics Engineering/Computer engineering/software engineering/controls-instrumentation engineering Industrial Automation or equivalent.

  • Self-motivator and should have desire to learn the next gen technologies, cyber security and OT networking skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Effective problem identification and solving skills
