What you'll do...
MUST HAVE COMPLETED A SUMMER 2024 WALMART OR SAM'S CLUB INTERNSHIP TO BE ELIGIBLE
Manages membership products or services by overseeing the development of club training, marketing plans, documentation, communication for club associates, and implementation activities; monitoring sales activity; measuring performance; implementing acquisition and retention strategies to grow membership and sales; utilizing research and analysis; collaborating with stakeholders; identifying and overcoming business obstacles; and completing reporting requirements.Participates in the development of enhancements to membership processes and services to promote membership income and add value for members by conducting and directing competitive analyses; utilizing member research; examining internal and external partner capabilities; using and integrating data to recommend new services or product offerings; and collaborating with other departments in implementing and enhancing programs.Ensures local community involvement by implementing programs; following up with club management to ensure they are developing and sustaining relationships with the community, non-profit and government organizations, agencies, and local schools; assisting in the development of Club of the Community and marketing plans to combat competitive situations; and working with club management to ensure that chambers of commerce are being utilized in clubs to help with community awareness and establish relationships. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
