● Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing store opening, renovation, and maintenance projects, ensuring that all physical spaces comply with brand standards, established timelines, budgets, and applicable regulations. Also responsible for obtaining permits and licenses, as well as managing facilities and building infrastructure for operating units.

●    Construction Management: Plan and oversee all stages of store construction and renovation (schedule, budget, suppliers, materials, and quality of execution).
●    Project Coordination: Monitor the development of layouts and architectural projects, ensuring alignment with branding, global guidelines, and local technical standards.
●    Licenses and Permits: Coordinate the acquisition and renewal of all required licenses (business permits, fire department certificates, health and safety, accessibility, among others).
●    Vendor Management: Select, contract, and supervise engineering, architecture, maintenance, and cleaning service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
●    Maintenance and Facilities: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of stores (electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, furniture, and visual communication), safeguarding continuous and safe operations.
●    Budget Control: Develop and monitor the annual construction and maintenance budget, reporting variances and optimizing costs.
