The Company

Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner provides support to the organisation to enable integration, development, engagement and support for newly acquired businesses into Allegion H&W Business Unit. This position cares about any dynamic concerning UK full organiation in the UK in consistence with HR H&W priorities and processes.
In addition, HRBP is responsible for full-life cycle talent attraction, talent development and engagement, payroll, reporting, training plan and HR metrics for all UK entities.
Finally, will collaborate within H&W HR community to harmonize current contracts and benefits to the Allegion comp&ben policies.
Over time, wider focus about human resources programs which may include development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.
Complete UAP, Brisant and Allegion UK personnel transactions and maintains associated records.
